This package meets the Washington State Continuing Education requirement of 24 credit hours including 3 credit hours on ethics.

Courses include:

• 21 credits -  Insurance Operations
  

          Chapters include: Overview of Insurance Operations; Principles of Marketing; Distribution Systems;  Underwriting Property Insurance; Underwriting Liability Insurance and Package Policies; Loss Control and Premium Auditing

•   1 cr - Unfair Practices and Frauds (1 ethics cr)

This course (AP-01) is taken from the Revised Codes of Washington State based on chapter 30 - Unfair Practices - of title 48 of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW). This course is updated annually and is a must for every producer or trainer.

 

•   2 cr - Trade Practices (includes 2 ethics credits)

This course (AP-02) is taken from the Washington State Administrative Codes and specifically defines unfair and deceptive practices. This course is based on chapter 30 - Trade Practices - of title 284 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC).
