Directions for filling out the Class Registration Form:

1. Click on the Class_Registration.doc link and either download the file or open it from the location
2. Fill in the registration information
3. From your MENU bar click on FILE, and scroll down to SEND TO.
4. Choose MAIL RECIPIENT
5. Enter our e-mail address registrar@intellipass.com for the Federal Way location, or vancouver@intellipass.com for the Vancouver location, in the address field and SEND to us

If the file opens in Internet Explorer please follow the following steps:

1. Fill in the registration information
2. Click on to FILE menu and scroll down to SEND
3. Choose PAGE BY E-MAIL
4. Enter in our e-mail address registrar@intellipass.com for the Federal Way location, or vancouver@intellipass.com for the Vancouver location, in the address field and SEND to us
